Megan Roe 

Varsity Dance Head Coach

Megan Roe is the Head Coach of the Minnetonka Dance Team, where she is entering her third year leading the program and her eighth season coaching overall. She has built her coaching career through assistant roles at St. Cloud Tech High School and St. Cloud Cathedral High School, and she was named Section 2AAA Jazz Coach of the Year in 2025.

Megan’s coaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive, creative environment where athletes feel safe to take risks, grow in confidence, and develop as both performers and teammates. One of her proudest moments came when all three Minnetonka jazz teams were recognized at a Lake Conference competition during the 2025–2026 season, and the program advanced to the Minnesota State Tournament in February 2026 for the first time in 21 years.

Outside of coaching, Megan married her husband Ethan in August 2025, and they share life with their mini goldendoodle, Winston.
