Varsity Dance Head Coach

Jill Leste is a dedicated and accomplished varsity dance team coach with 25 years of experience leading high-performing programs. Throughout her career, she has guided her teams to remarkable competitive success, including 24 conference championships across the Northwest Suburban Conference (NWSC) and Lake Conference, 12 section championships, seven State Jazz titles, and one State High Kick title.

Beyond competitive achievements, Jill is deeply committed to the personal development of her athletes. She believes that the true impact of a high school dance program extends far beyond trophies, focusing on building character, accountability, and strong teamwork. Her coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive yet disciplined environment where each dancer is encouraged to reach their highest potential.

Jill’s legacy is defined not only by championships, but by the lasting influence she has on her athletes—developing exceptional dancers and, more importantly, exceptional people.
