ZANDER CULVER

Boys Basketball Varsity Head Coach

Alexander “Zander” Culver is the head boys basketball coach for Eden Prairie High School. He previously coached at Roseville Area High School, where he spent multiple years leading the boys basketball program, and he joined Eden Prairie after that successful run.

A former student-athlete, Culver played high school basketball at Champaign Central High School in Illinois and went on to play at Winona State University. During his time at Winona State, he was a four-year member of the Warriors and earned academic recognition as a scholar-athlete.

Culver was named Prep Hoops Section Coach of the Year for 2022–2023, reflecting the impact of his coaching work. His program emphasizes using basketball to teach life lessons, build a lifelong work ethic, and help develop positive young men for society.
