Varsity Football Head Coach

Esch is in his 17th year as a head coach and sixth year leading Minnetonka varsity football, with 25 years of overall coaching experience including 10 years at Mankato West. He has earned multiple honors, including 4A Coach of the Year in 2008 and several section, district, and conference awards. His philosophy centers on building a culture of character where players reach their fullest potential on and off the field. He and his wife, Sarah, have been married for 20 years, have three daughters, and live in the west metro area.
