Varsity Football Head Coach

Mike Grant, son of the late great Bud Grant, brings 45 years of varsity football coaching experience and has led the Eden Prairie Eagles for over 30 years. Under his leadership, the Eagles have won 11 state championships and become one of Minnesota’s premier football programs. Widely regarded as one of the greatest high school football coaches of all time, he played at St. John’s University, where he was part of a National Championship team. His coaching philosophy centers on the value of being "Men for Others," emphasizing character, teamwork, and service both on and off the field.
