Ridley has 10 years of coaching experience, including eight years at the middle school level and two years at the high school level. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes growth, ensuring athletes improve athletically, academically, ethically, mentally, and socially throughout the season, and a “WE before me” mindset that prioritizes team success over individual accomplishments.
