Minnetonka Boys Tennis Head Coach

Howe Siegel brings more than 30 years of experience and passion to the Varsity Boys Tennis program. Over the course of his coaching career, he has led teams at Grinnell, Iowa, Saint Thomas Academy, and Eveleth, building a reputation for developing student-athletes both on and off the court. His leadership has been recognized with two Section Coach of the Year honors.

A lifelong student of the game, Howe’s love for tennis began early and has remained a central part of his life. He values the opportunity to share that passion across generations, having enjoyed the sport alongside both his father and his son.

Coach Siegel is committed to creating a program that is educational, competitive, and rewarding within the span of a single season. His approach includes access to teaching professionals, a full schedule of practices and matches, travel tournament opportunities, and multiple team levels to ensure each player can grow at an appropriate pace.

Recently retired from a career as a school counselor, Howe continues to prioritize student development and well-being in his coaching. His wife, Jodi, is a Spanish teacher, and together they have two children currently attending Hamline University and the University of Minnesota.
