Mike Beilke

Varsity Baseball Head Coach

Mike Beilke brings more than two decades of coaching experience to Buffalo High School Varsity Baseball, where he has led the program for 23 years. Before taking the helm, he served as an assistant varsity coach at Buffalo for three years and previously guided the White Bear Lake varsity team as head coach for five seasons.

A former college player at Northern State University, Coach Beilke went on to compete in amateur baseball in South Dakota for 20 years. His teams have achieved significant success under his leadership, including a conference championship in 2011.

Known for his emphasis on mental toughness and attention to detail, his coaching philosophy centers on the idea that “everything counts” and that success comes from doing all the little things the right way.

Beyond the field, Mike has shared 40 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Suzie.
